We have been conducting investigative research on Shurijo Castle and the history and culture of the Ryukyu Kingdom era, as well as investigative research on marine culture centering on the Asia-Pacific region.
We have been promoting environmental education for children, conducting awareness-raising activities related to subtropical plants targeting the general public, and holding lectures, workshops, etc. targeting professionals.
We have been conducting management and operation through which the attractiveness of the facilities can be drawn out to the maximum by leveraging our high expertise on Okinawa’s history/culture and marine culture and management know-how, with top priority given to customer satisfaction.

Please consult us on matters related to the history and culture of Okinawa. Staff members with a wealth of knowledge and know-how will respond.
We will provide explanation on the history and culture centering on the Ryukyu Kingdom era and on cultural assets related to Shurijo Castle. In addition, we will provide technical advice on restoration and repair of arts & crafts pieces.
We will conduct analytical surveys on such matters as literary and academic historical documents related to the history/culture and marine culture of Okinawa and works of art. In addition, we can also conduct surveys in cooperation with experts at universities, etc.
We hold events reproducing rituals and special events of the Ryukyu Kingdom era and offer craftwork classes through which participants can casually familiarize themselves with marine culture. We also have a variety of programs that are fun and easy to understand.
We dispatch professional staff members with a wealth of experience who will provide explanation and advice on historical materials. In addition, we accept requests for workshops targeting professionals and dispatch of staff members for special classes at schools.
We have a large collection of artwork and craftwork related to the Ryukyu Kingdom that we can lend to museums, etc. We also accept writing and providing editorial supervision for publications.
