We have over 30 years of experience managing national and prefectural parks. We have managed various types of facilities such as aquariums, botanical gardens, museums, castles, planetariums, and swimming beaches. We offer management that delivers high satisfaction to customers under a management system that was built and improved upon by many allied experts in various fields over many years from maintenance/management and disaster and emergency responsiveness to customer service.
We plan and operate events with experienced staff members that draw out the attractiveness of the facilities and create excitement with various experiential programs, re-enactments of Ryukyu Kingdom-period rituals and ceremonies, etc. We also hold large-scale events such as Okinawa’s representative summer event, “Ocean Expo Park Fireworks Show” and Japan’s largest orchid festival, “Okinawa International Orchid Show,” as well as international events such as APOC (Asia-Pacific Orchid Conference).
We manage and operate “Churashima Nature School,” a facility for conducting investigative research on sea turtles. We conduct management and operation through which the attractiveness of the facilities can be demonstrated to the maximum, utilizing the deep knowledge concerning subtropical flora and fauna and know-how on customer service developed through our park management experience.

We comprehensively manage facilities effectively utilizing the advantages of having multiple specialists in landscaping, softscaping, cultivation, etc. We produce and maintain the beautiful space full of a southern atmosphere that harmonizes with Okinawa’s natural scenery using the techniques we developed managing national parks and botanical gardens.
We have succeeded in multiple “world’s first” challenges such as raising several whale sharks and breeding reef manta rays. Through exhibitions and programs that leverage our knowledge on how to raise and breed marine organisms, we manage facilities in ways that attract many visitors.
Staff members with management know-how and expert knowledge of historical and cultural facilities such as Shurijo Castle Park conduct maintenance and management of rare exhibition materials and historical buildings and pass on their cultural values. We also conduct experiential programs and organize events that recreate traditional rituals.
We will manage the facility to maximize its original objectives leveraging our past experiences in managing public facilities and awareness-raising activities. Staff members who are deeply familiar with Okinawa’s nature, history, and culture offer various experiential events and environmental education programs that can satisfy a wide range of generations.
Not to mention thoroughly managing the maintenance of the facilities so that customers may use them safely without worry, we will also manage the facilities so that customers may become healthy in mind and body through enriching our customer care and service. We are prepared for various usages from forming healthy habits to competitive sports, and weekend leisure.
Based our own management manual, we thoroughly implement a safe and secure maintenance/management. We also actively integrate the concept of universal design and barrier-free environment in order to promote an environment where all customers can visit our facilities comfortably.
We will actively engage in heightening the skills of our staff members through regular guidance and training sessions. We will also work to further increase our customer satisfaction level through actively collecting “the customers’ voices” and reflecting them on our work.
We plan and coordinate events that effectively draw on the attractiveness and special features of our facilities, ranging from educational programs that allow for direct experiences of Okinawa’s nature, history, and culture to large events such as firework festivals and concerts.
We will deploy effective PR and promotion tactics utilizing marketing know-how of Churaumi Aquarium (which proudly draws the most number of visitors in Japan) and strong connections with the mass media companies, tourist organizations, academic organizations, etc., in Okinawa.
We will increase the facility’s attraction through store management that increases the convenience and satisfaction of the customers. We will inspire and delight our customers through creating dishes using local specialty ingredients and original merchandise
We eagerly collaborate with local municipal governments and related organizations or with people of the local communities. We coordinate chances for people and local communities to interact such as through disseminating information about the attractiveness of the local communities and by holding events.
